Trying to pour the optimal amount of olive oil into a pan from the original bottle is nearly impossible, given the wide opening. I'd invariably end up with waaay to much sloshing around. And getting the excess back into the bottle. No way. The dispenser bottle ended my frustration and oil-wasting ways. Pouring is precise and drip-free.
